RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with IZOL UV TM products. If you are not fully happy for any reason, you can return your items.
When returning items, please remember the following rules:
Please email us at info@izoluv.com. You have 30 days to return the goods for an exchange or refund from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The items you wish to return must be unused, unworn condition and in the same condition as you received it, which means with the tags on clothing. It must also be in original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you send an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable mailing service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once we received and inspected your returned item, we will send an email a confirmation. We also notify the approval or rejection of the exchange.
