Return and exchange policy

We care about customer satisfaction when you shop at IZOL UV ^TM . If you would like to exchange or return your item, we will be happy to replace it or refund you.

Please read the exchange and refund conditions below:

Please email us info@izoluv.com . You have 30 days to return the goods for an exchange or refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. The items you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, i.e. new with the tags on the clothing. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using shipping with tracking option or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
